This Western chef's knife is expertly crafted with hand forged high carbon 52100 steel which gives it strength and durability. The full tang handle ensures that the knife is balanced and comfortable to hold while in use. The handle is made of beautiful natural maple burl paired with black maple burl and a green maple burl inlay, and features copper pins for a secure grip.
