This Western chef's knife is expertly crafted with hand forged high carbon 52100 steel which gives it strength and durability. The full tang handle ensures that the knife is balanced and comfortable to hold while in use. The handle is made of beautiful black birch which is segmented by cypress burl and green sycamore wood, and features copper pins for a secure grip.
