Diamond Gyuto
The Diamond Gyuto is a beauty-centered take on the eastern style beef knife and a versatile addition to any kitchen. Hand forged from 60 alternating layers of 80crv2, 15n20 and Ni200 high carbon steels, this knife not only boasts superior sharpness and edge retention qualities, but an incredibly unique diamond pattern the steel thats all it's own along with decoartive swirling file-work at the heel.
The tang is set in a handle crafted from natually stunning Sambar Stag antler and adorned with a heavy-hammered copper bolster, providing a comfortable grip and balance for precision cutting with an organic, almost ancient aesthetic. One-of-a-kind and stamped with our Blacksmith's personal signature as a seal of its individual crafting.
